The Tuscaloosa Public Library Main Library is a member of the Foundation Center’s network of more than 450 Cooperating Collections.  Available to grantseekers at no cost, this service provides quick, easy and convenient access to Foundation Directory Online, the leading grantseeking database on the web, Foundation Grants to Individuals Online, Philanthropy In/Sight, an interactive mapping tool that reveals patterns of giving and funding relationships, and a core collection of Foundation Center directories and publications. Available on in-house computers at the Tuscaloosa Public Library.

TPL’s new Grant Research Center is staffed by trained reference librarians for assistance. In addition, the center provides a selection of supplementary materials and services in areas useful to grantseekers in one helpful location.
